Experience with the soy protein EP200 in pig feed
Near a small Danish town in the countryside, the farm Stokkevadgaard rests between fields of rapeseed. Pig producer and owner Michael Rasmussen runs the farm.
Michael is one of those pig producers who tried several different types of soy protein for piglet feed.
He used to think that all soy proteins were pretty much the same.
Until one day, when Michael was advised by his feed supplier to try something new: the lacto-fermented soy protein EP200.
